Product Description

CZ-FL9856 is a specially modified hydrophilic fluorine surfactant with good compatibility with water and solvents, and excellent performance to reduce surface tension, the surface tension reaches 20.5mN/m in a 0.01% aqueous solution, and the surface tension can be reduced to 17.1mN/m in 0.1%  aqueous solution. This product has strong wetting ability and rapid spreading, but weak foaming ability, it has multiple functions including low foaming, wetting, and promoting flow and leveling, it can be widely used in coatings, inks, cleaning agents, petroleum and other fields.

CZ-FL9856 also has anti fog function and can be made into spray or added it during the production process of agricultural film, applied to anti fogging in the fields of glass products and films, to suppress fogging problems that is occurred by large temperature differences. In addition, the product has

general characteristics of fluorine products include acid resistance, alkali resistance, and high temperature resistance, hydrophobic and oleophobic on the surface,it can be widely used in various demanding environmental system to plays a role in regulating leveling and surface properties.

Product Features

Add 0.01-0.3% of the total formula at any stage of production, dispersed and stirred evenly.
